Come visit us!

In the 8 cities that I've had the pleasure of living in, I'd say that Detroit would be in my top 3. For those of you who've been brave enough to come visit us, I think you'd say the same.

Here are a couple of reasons why you should come hang out with us for a weekend:
10. If you're into American history, you'd have an orgasmic experience in this quaint little city. (First city to pave a concrete road, supplied 75% of the liquor during prohibition, motown, cars, etc)

3. Sustainability and urban revitalization. Midtown Detroit is just a great place to be. We have the unique opportunity to influence, and become part of the culture of a rapidly changing city.

2. Okay, I'm skipping a few numbers. There are MANY reasons why you should visit Detroit, but I didn't have the patience to sit here and type them all out - so here's the most important one...

1. WE JUST BOUGHT A HOUSE!!!!

So come visit.

If you were wondering why Cooks looks relatively dry - it's because the princess dog was picked up and shielded from rain by prince charming.
Wife, on other hand, was not so dry.

You know you've been together too long when...

Pat happened to wake up early and decided to go walk the Cooks. While he was gone, I rolled out of bed and got dressed not knowing what he put on...

Because neither of us would yield and change, we spent the rest of the day like this.
